Paul Cocker

Chairman and CEO, McKay-Cocker Construction

Paul Cocker is president, CEO and a director of McKay-Cocker Construction Limited, headquartered in London, Ont., where he is primarily involved with the overall governance of the company, establishing strategic planning and alliances. He joined the company after graduating from Ryerson, serving as construction manager, chief estimator and vice-president, sales and estimating, becoming chairman of the board in 1991. A passionate and dedicated supporter of Habitat for Humanity, he has also served as president of the Ontario Institute of Quantity Surveyors, a director of the London Chapter of the Ontario Heart Fund, and a board member of the Alzheimer Society of Canada. He recently completed a seven-year term as a director of London Hydro, and is a member of the Architectural Science Program Advisory Council at Ryerson.
