Things to Add to Your Summer 2021 Bucket List

Hi friends!
Since summer is right around the corner, I thought I’d drop some fun Covid-friendly activities for you to add to your bucket list!
Stargazing
I know during the day it can get pretty hot, which is why this activity is perfect for a nice laid-back night. If you’re close to bright city lights, you can drive further out on a night that isn’t cloudy so you can see the stars in an open sky. Now, if you want to take it one step further, there’s a resource for the best places for stargazing in Ontario (external link, opens in new window) .

Looking at stars together on a beautiful night.
Visit an alpaca farm
Okay, I know this may sound a bit strange, but hear me out. For some reason, Ontario has a LOT of alpaca farms and these animals are so cute! Many of these farms are close to Toronto (external link) as well, so it can be the perfect day trip.

Watching the sunrise/sunset
Seeing the sunrise bright and early in the morning can be rejuvenating for the body. Toronto is filled with beautiful places (external link) to see it in action. Additionally, watching the sunset is such a cinematic experience, and the setting adds so much too. Toronto has the best locations (external link) to watch it as well.

Go waterfall chasing
This doesn’t mean another road trip to Niagara Falls. Go on a hike somewhere, and try to find a waterfall. There are so many wonderful places (external link) in Ontario that have them, so it could double as a fun road trip idea.

Have a picnic
You’re going to first need all of your picnic essentials: food, drinks and a blanket. The location of the picnic is what ties this all together. A scenic setting (external link) will set the mood and be perfect for a great photo opportunity.

I hope these suggestions help you find some things to do during your epic summer!
“See” you soon!
