
Heather Strati
Heather Strati is a partner in the Private Company Services group for Deloitte in Toronto with 20 years of experience in the profession. During that time, Heather has partnered with clients through differing transactions ranging from public offerings to buying and selling businesses. Her clients have involved manufacturers with revenues ranging from $13 million to $2 billion, retail and consumer businesses with revenues of all sizes up to $6 billion, law firms of varying sizes and public-private-partnerships servicing many government infrastructure projects. Heather also has experience serving service and care-provider companies, including having served the largest retirement and long-term care provider in the country, which comprised hundreds of facilities. Heather works with her clients in meeting their objectives for the business and in working through all business issues, whether operational or financial.
Heather has also been involved in various award programs for entrepreneurs such as coaching companies successfully through the Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies award program, and being involved in the RBC Canadian Woman Entrepreneur award program.
Deloitte has a strong focus on community involvement and giving back to our communities. In keeping with that culture, Heather has assisted with various charities during her time at Deloitte. She supports numerous charities financially such as Sick Kids, Cancer Society of Canada, and the United Way, to name a few. She has been a participant in the Weekend to End Women’s Cancers for the past four years and was also a participant in the Road Hockey to Conquer Cancer when it started. She is the Chair of the St. Kevin School Council, and Treasurer of Cardinal Leger Secondary School Council in support of her children’s schools and the community. In addition, Heather has played a role in the CIBC Run for the Cure, Junior Achievement, and is a Past Treasurer of Boys and Girls Club (Peel).
