International Living/Learning Centre (ILC)

Booking Your Stay

After reviewing key details about the International Living/Learning Centre (ILC) residence, secure your stay through our booking portal (external link, opens in new window)  using the GROUP code STEM2025. Please note that accommodations will appear unavailable until the group code is entered. 

We recommend booking early to ensure your preferred accommodations.

Important Policies

  • External doors are locked daily, guests to scan hotel key or use intercom to gain access to the building
  • All room keys must be returned at departure, a $10 fee applies for unreturned or lost keys

    (two beds not available)

  • Single/double occupancy rooms (one bed only) are available for $105.00 per night (plus 13% tax, per room).
  • Check-In: 4:00pm
  • Check-Out: 11:00am
  • Complimentary luggage storage available (day use)

Guest Rooms 

  • One single-sized bed
  • Linen and towels
  • Desk
  • Closet
  • Full length mirror
  • Air-conditioning (available June-August)
  • Voltage 110/120

8th Floor Laundry Room

  • Washer and dryer facilities accessed through a laundry card available from the Front Desk
  • Funds to be added to the laundry card by the guest through a PHIL Machine located in the ILC lobby 
    • Machine accepts $5, $10 and $20 bills
    • Refund not available for any funds remaining on the card
  • Laundry detergent not provided

Floor Lounges

  • Available on every two floors
  • Seating area with couches and chairs

Guest Internet Service

  • Wireless internet available in all guestrooms and common spaces 
  • Guests must provide their own internet compatible computers
